MPOAC Freight & Rail Committee – Freight Priorities Program (FPP)

The annual Freight Priorities Program (FPP) project list allows Florida's metropolitan planning agencies (MPOs) to identify their highest-priority freight projects and use the MPOAC as a unified voice to promote and position these projects for future funding. MPOs will utilize this website to prepare, submit, and maintain project applications for the FPP. Project applications from the previous years will be prepopulated and can be resubmitted after agencies update them as needed. Once submitted, projects will be reviewed and deemed eligible by the support team. Use your agency’s unique login information to sign in below and get started.
